What I truly love is that you can actually talk to a real person. No endless automated systems, just kind, patient, and knowledgeable people who genuinely care. Every time I call or walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and respect. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and understood. This office is so family-oriented. You can feel it in the way they treat you not like a policy number, but like someone who matters. I’ve never seen anyone upset there. "What a pleasure speaking with Bri Moore in regards to our four vehicles and one RV trailer. We had been with GEICO for several years with the rates increasing each year with a spotless driving record and no claims. Bri ensure that our coverage will be the and the rates are Very Fair. Any questions were answered promptly from start to finish. A couple of calls were taken by others on the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful and courteous. "I recently needed roadside assistance due to a low tire, and I immediately called my State Farm office. They responded right away and had someone come out quickly to put air in the tire, just enough for me to safely make it to a local gas station for a proper repair. I also want to share that I’ve been with State Farm for the past three and a half years for both auto and home insurance, and they have been nothing but honest, fair with their rates, and consistently supportive whenever I need them. Unlike many other auto insurance companies that send out mailers advertising low rates only to pull a bait-and-switch once you call, this State Farm office has always been straightforward and trustworthy. I truly feel fortunate to work with them and wanted to share my experience so others can choose an auto insurance company that genuinely supports them in every way."

"This review is not aimed at Jan Steimel's agency, rather State Farm as a whole. Absolutely awful company to deal with when it came to my claim. In short, my truck was stolen in June while I was out of town. I was in a small town, but thankfully found a rental to get back home. I had to pay for that rental!. My truck was found 11 days later with no visible exterior damage, but everything down to the seat covers were stripped out inside. Even my spare tire was taken. Truck did not drive right and needed about $4500 to fix. State Farm gave me $1100. I tried fighting with them but they refused to help. Won't even replace my spare tire. Everything they would pay for was aftermarket or discount priced. After being told that they would pay an additional $3200 I paid my mechanic. 2 days later State Farm said there was a problem and would not be paying that amount. They offered $180 instead. 6 months later and they sent me a check for $800. Terrible customer service. Won't call back. Very crooked company. I'm sure there's not a "great" insurance company out there, but I definitely will never use State Farm again."
