"I had an emergency on the road last weekend, and State Farm provided outstanding support. The tow truck arrived very quickly, and the representative I spoke with even called 911 because I was on I-4 and feeling unsafe. The tow truck driver was professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate the fast response and care I received. I highly recommend both my State Farm agent and the company itself. They were there when I needed them most."

"Llevo años con State Farm y siempre a sido la mejor opcion para asegurar mis carros. El año pasado me anime a adquirir la poliza suplemental del salud y fue una de las mejores decisiones que e tomado...este año tube un accidente bastante serio y el seguro suplemental me ayudo a cubrir los gastos medicos y me ayudo a compensar los dias que no pude trabajar por el motivo de mi accidente! "My recent decision last year to hire State Farm insurance for my automobile insurance and my homeowners insurance was the best insurance decision I’ve ever made in my life! Not only have my rates come down from my previous insurance, but they continue to go down! The homeowner insurance side of my bundle cut me a check for $1500 after hurricane Milton destroyed some of my property, and that was after a $7500 hurricane deductible. I would highly recommend Jan Steimel, my State Farm insurance agency, to all my family and friends."

"If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I Was stranded in the dark on the side of the road. Paid roughly $200 dollars to State Farm for towing. They assigned Lake County Tow, who left me stranded, never showed up. After a little over an hour I call And the tow was canceled by the provider. Another provider calls after 10 min and let's me know it will be over an hour. Unable to give me an actual ETA. I called State Farm after no help asked to speak to a manager. Waited over 20 min for a manager. When I explained what happened, after a lot of "I'm sorry" she said if you like i can refund the money and you can find another provider. I told her that I was appalled that she would even suggest that. Speechless that it was her only suggestion to resolve my issue. Way to go STATE FARM"

"I have been with geico for 29 years, not only were they extremely nice but yhe agent i spoke with gave me the same type of coverage with adding comprehensive as well. In the end I am now paying $100 dollars less than I was at geico"
