"I have been with State Farm since I have owned a vehicle at 16 I'm going on 61 this year so That pretty much says it all. When Avi called me she to go over my now 3 policy's she was very professional and couldn't ask for a better representative. "EDIT: I am revising my review due to the outstanding job that the agents at Jan Steimel did for my situation. While I still feel slighted by "big" State Farm, I do really believe that these agents did everything in their power to help me out. The communication with them was outstanding. I truly appreciate the continued help. Original Review: This review is not aimed at Jan Steimel's agency, rather State Farm as a whole. Absolutely awful company to deal with when it came to my claim. In short, my truck was stolen in June while I was out of town. I was in a small town, but thankfully found a rental to get back home. I had to pay for that rental!. My truck was found 11 days later with no visible exterior damage, but everything down to the seat covers were stripped out inside. Even my spare tire was taken. Truck did not drive right and needed about $4500 to fix. State Farm gave me $1100. I tried fighting with them but they refused to help. Won't even replace my spare tire. Everything they would pay for was aftermarket or discount priced. After being told that they would pay an additional $3200 I paid my mechanic. 2 days later State Farm said there was a problem and would not be paying that amount. They offered $180 instead. 6 months later and they sent me a check for $800. Terrible customer service. Won't call back. Very crooked company. I'm sure there's not a "great" insurance company out there, but I definitely will never use State Farm again."

"Bri and another staff member set up a new policy for my wife and me. The process was very smooth, and they followed up promptly to answer my questions. My adult kids had already switched to State Farm, and I found that the prices were less than half of my USAA premium, at least in Florida. Now we’ll see how their service holds up compared to USAA."
